What is Purposeful Leadership?
Purposeful Leadership is an intentional continuous process of becoming who all of you are meant to be as a whole person in relationship with others.
Purpose-based leadership builds cultures of engagement and collaboration in support of the “hard” technologies to create sustainable organizations. Purposeful Leaders are the conveners and communicators of both worlds. Convening practices and principles are foundational to this work.
