Center for Purposeful Leadership is a global community of individuals and organizations reimagining and transforming the nature of leadership: heart-based, purposeful leadership.

We are a 26-year collaborative dedicated to purposeful leadership, providing the resources, tools, heart-centered people, and supportive community of peers to help you and your team or community grow and lead authentically and effectively for the positive impact that is crucial for what the world needs right now.

What is Purpose?

Purpose is a belief that your life matters and that you make a difference. It is a sense of being guided by meaningful values and goals. Purposeful Leadership is an intentional continuous process of becoming who all of you are meant to be as a whole person in relationship with others. A sense of purpose is the key to thriving leadership, meaningful work, and successful collaboration. Purpose is the stabilizing force to focus on what really matters, and engage to innovate and lead.
