Audrey and Coco note that scheduling meetings and conversations is something that almost everyone in the workplace does, but many leaders do not have systematic training on how to convene meetings well. How to "convene" lacks the necessary preparation.
During this Essential Conversations we will hear stories from Craig and Patricia Neal and our Art of Convening Chinese Pioneers and graduates: Audrey Hepburn and Coco Zhao.
They will share insights on the Art of Convening and the journey of the convener as leader, from a global lens, and how these practices empowered them to promote personal development, organizational dynamics, and organizational change from new perspectives.

Our History
After 10 years of conferences, gatherings, and trainings, Craig launched The Art of Convening training as the recipe and key practices for authentic engagement in meetings and gatherings.
In 2011, the Art of Convening: Authentic Engagement in Meetings, Gatherings, and Conversations is published. The Convening Wheel: 9 Step Process for Planning Authentic Meetings is introduced.
Culture is expressed through your meetings and conversations. Why not design great meetings, gatherings and conversations that are authentic and make a difference?
In 2018, Wei Ren connected with CPL, the beginning of a long and rich relationship through AoC training for himself and Chinese colleagues. The “China Pioneers” a core team including Audrey and Coco, has stewarded the AoC in China.
