      Principles of AoC; AoC Case Study Resources; Tools to Develop Self-Awareness; 9 Aspects of Convening Videos; Shining a Light on Convening; Design Template/Scripts; Whole Person Leadership Resources; Mastering Convening Resources; Coming of Age Resources; Weaving Threads of Grief and Joy Resources.
      Video recordings of Guest Mentor Sessions, Design Studio Sessions, and other events.
      We will add resources over time to continue to grow this repository.

    • Guest Mentor Sessions (6):
      To include thought leaders such as Richard Leider, Margaret Wheatley, and more!

    • Design Studio (6):
      90-minute sessions are held throughout the year. Format: group/peer coaching.

      • “Office Hours” to address your questions, challenges, or offerings about purposeful leadership, the Art of Convening approach, program design, delivery, and more.

      • Conversation Circles:
        Member-Only Circles include ongoing connection for those completing CPL programs. In addition, member initiated and supported circles such as: Women’s Circle; Men’s Circle; Mental Health Circle; etc.

    • Invitation to CPL Annual Retreat

    • Unlimited Access to programs: The Collaborator Unlimited level offers access to all CPL Programs. We are living in rapidly changing times. CPL Programs are always evolving to address the needs of the community, and the world. Members are welcome to repeat programs as often as they want.

      • AoC Applied Leadership : live, interactive 6-week (12-hour) online course, where you’ll embody a sense of purposeful leadership as you apply the AoC concepts into practice.

      • Mastering Convening : an advanced coaching and mentoring group, conveners learn to utilize and apply the Art of Convening to deliver team or group coaching.

      • PL101 Foundational : what are the qualities and practices of the Purposeful Leader? What is the fundamental difference of Purposeful Leadership

      • Whole Person Leadership : Bring all of who you are to your life and work to more fully discover and connect with your purpose so you can lead by bringing more of your authentic self, all of your gifts and talents, to your leadership role.

      • Coming of Age at the End of an Age : An opportunity to rediscover the joy and power of stepping into conscious elderhood, in an elderhood journey.

      • Weaving Threads of Grief and Joy : Purposeful Leaders gather as "weavers" of grief and joy in times of unraveling

    • Core Team Coaching Group: Quarterly Group Coaching will be offered by our core team. CCLs, partners for mentoring?

    • Wisdom Circle Retreat: An annual 3-day retreat open only to Wisdom Circle Members will be offered. Included in your membership

    • Exclusive Guest Mentor Sessions: We are planning Guest Mentor Sessions to include thought leaders such as Richard Leider, Margaret Wheatley, and more!
