Convening Leadership: In 2004 Craig founded and launched The Art of Convening Trainings, including pioneering a unique and engaging TeleTraining format. Over 2,000 leaders have graduated from various levels of The Art of Convening Trainings.

Thought Leadership: The first Thought Leader Gathering was convened in 1998 for change leaders in Minnesota, then the California Bay Area. Eighteen years and 220 Gatherings later, Craig coached and convened over 3000 leaders in these groups.

Wilderness Coaching: Craig's passion for the wilderness and coaching senior leaders transforming their lives and personal visions led Craig to create the Men's Wilderness Journeys. These "inventure" trips into Africa and the Boundary Waters Wilderness Area of Northern Minnesota combine deep inner exploration with wilderness experience and skills training.

Professional Leadership: Craig successfully launched two national magazines, Rodale Press and Garden Way Mfg. Inc. As Publisher of Utne Reader Magazine, Craig co-founded the Minnesota Magazine Publishers Association, and served as a founding board member of Business for Social Responsibility and Responsible Minnesota Business.

Kim Kristenson-Lee, ICF Certified PCC Coach (PCC), a Certified Convening Leader (CCL), a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, and an energy industry strategy and planning manager.  She spent 25 years in a fortune-ten company before leaving to found Labyrinth Leadership Group, a team and leader learning and development center, in 2017.  She works with both for-profit and for-purpose organizations and teams.  Kim lives with her husband and sons in Sonora, CA, USA.

Kim believes that, by practicing with the convening framework, and trusting the coaching process, it is within your reach to exceed your self-expectations for purposeful impact.  This is not just due to what you will accomplish, but due to what you will embody in your life and work by setting clear intentions.

Kim’s coach training was completed at the Doerr Institute at Rice University. She is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment and the 16 Personality Factor (16pf) Assessment and emphasizes measurement in her work.  Kim’s emphasis is on leadership learning and development through action -learning in teams and groups. The most reliable way to grow as a leader is through a mix of experience, relationship learning, and reflection.
