Welcome to the 11-Session Mastering Convening program! In partnership, we will explore the application of the Art of Convening™ and the Convening Wheel within your specific leadership, work, and life settings. Craig Neal, lead Author of The Art of Convening, and Kim Lee, an ICF-certified coach (PCC), will guide you through the process of mastering team and group convening and coaching skills, helping you create safe, inclusive, and engaging spaces for dialogue and collaboration.
Kim Kristenson-Lee, ICF Certified Coach (PCC), MAIR, TICC, Trauma-Certified, CCL, and founder of Labyrinth Leadership Group, will guide as a Convening Coach for workshop participants.
