Bill has been stewarding the emergence of a profound body of work intended to accelerate the transformation of our diverse human systems (all types and functions) in ways that move us toward a world where everyone, and all of life, has the opportunity to thrive — ‘All-D Thriving’.

This work has been drawn from over four decades of on-the-ground complex culture-change initiatives, mostly in corporations in the US, Holland, and Canada.

Bill’s current focus is on what he calls All-Dimension Lenses, Metaphors, and Language designed to support a huge evolutionary leap —

• From today’s dominant ‘Control-Over’ organizing and developmental paradigm, 

• To an 'Evolve-With' paradigm that taps into the same energies that have been producing/sustaining Nature’s infinite game.

Bill is committed to plant these seeds where they can grow, flourish, and further co-evolve. 

He has visions of a Co-evolving Community Movement designed to support committed communities of place (towns, regions, nations) and/or communities of purpose (organizations, associations, institutions, etc.) in transformational journeys that can multiply their contribution to the thriving of all life on our precious planet.
